Remarks & Key Precautions

1.For indoor S1.8, pixel is relative small, we suggest to go with 640*480mm MG cabinet, cabinet model is QM-Pro-2.
2.Indoor S1.8 uses HUB75E, and there is only input port, not output port.
3.S series LED module use gold wire LED lamp and high refresh rate IC.
4.Temperature requirement:

  • 1) Storage temperature range: -10℃-30℃, over 30℃ needs to do cooling treatment. Lamp surface temperature(working period): ≤60℃, temperature control equipment is required to be installed when temperature exceeding the standard.

5.Humidity requirement:

  • Storage humidity range: 10% RH-60% RH, humidity over 60% RH requires dehumidification treatment.

6.Keep away from water: Indoor products have low level of protection, water can make the module short circuit, and leads to circuit device damage, so it is necessary to keep away from the water source.
7.Please do not display static picture or text, for this may cause LED lamp brightness go down seriously or LED lamp die. Please play moving pictures or text.
8.when the display is not used for a long time, it is necessary to reduce the brightness of the whole screen by 50% for 12 hours in advance, and preheat for “dehumidification” for 12 hours to avoid damage to the lamp tube after the LED screen is affected by moisture
9.In order to ensure the normal lighting and working of the screen, the switching power supply, the cabinet and the installation structure used in the screen must be properly grounded to prevent dangerous accidents such as leakage of the screen or electric shock due to grounding errors.
