The frist control method : use an adjustment system that can automatically adjust the brithness .
According to the day and night , in different locations and time periods, a slight change in the brightness of the led display will have a great effect . If the playback brightness of the LED display is higher than 50% of the ambient brightness , we will obvisouly feel uncomfortable in the eyes , which will cause “ light pollution “ .
Then we can use the outdoor birhgtness collection system to collect the ambient brightness at any time , and use the display control system toreceive the system data automatically convert it into the brightness suitable for the environment through the software to broadcast the pictures.
The second control method : multi-level grayscale correction technology .
Normally the led display systems use the 18 bit color display levels, so in some low grayscale and excessive color , the color will be displayed very bluntly , so it will cause the color light to be unsuitable. But the new led screen use the 14 bit color disply level, which greatly improves the hardness of the excessive color and make people feel the color soft when watching and avoids people’s discomfort to the light.
In terms of the power consumption , although the original materials used in the LED display itself are energy-saving , some of them need to be applied to the occasions with large display area, due to the long-term use , the overall power consumption is still relatively large .It will be relatively high , under the effect of these comprehensive factors , the power consumption of the display screen is quite astonishing , so the electricity bills borne by the advertising owners will also increased geometrically. Therefor, the LED display manufactrures and enterprises can save energy through the follwing 5 points :
(1).By using the high-efficiency LEDS , the light-emitting chip should be strong quality .
(2).Use the high-efficiency switching power supply ,which greatly improves the power conversion efficiency.
(3). carry an excellent heat dissipation design of the screen to reduce the power consumption of the fan .
(4). Design a scientific overall circuit plan to reduce the power consumption of the internal circuits;
(5) According to changes in the external enviroment , the brightness of the outdoor dispaly is automatically adjusted to achieve the effect of the energy saving and emission reduction .
